Dr. Peter Campbell

Co-Founder & Principal Consultant

Prior to founding Cinc., Peter was a partner at EY for 8 years, leading their Supply Chain Practice for Oceania and the global lead for 'Intelligent Operations'.

Peter has a Systems Engineering PhD in Lean manufacturing, an Honours degree in Economics and over 20 years of experience as a Lean / process improvement specialist across automotive (Ford and Robert Bosch), heavy vehicle manufacturing, banking and consulting (EY and KPMG). His deep technical understanding of Lean manufacturing has allowed him to successfully apply that knowledge to improve performance across a variety of other operational environments, including banking (retail, business and institutional), insurance, utilities, public sector, retail, health, telecommunications, logistics, IT, wealth management and defence. This includes substantial work in front, middle and back office operating environments driving productivity and cost reduction whilst enhancing customer service and staff engagement.

Peter is a member of the Australian National University Research School of Engineering Industry Advisory Board, has guest lectured for the Melbourne Business School Executive MBA program in ‘Lean operations’, is a former President of the Association for Manufacturing Excellence (Australia) and was the Victorian Government’s ‘Young Manufacturer of the Year’ (2007).

Dr. Alexandra Campbell

Co-Founder & Principal Consultant

Prior to joining Cinc., Alex was a Partner at EY and led EY's Business Transformation Consulting practice for Financial Services.

Alex specialises in process and operations transformation in banking, insurance and wealth management and has extensive experience leading end-to-end, functional and division-wide performance uplift and delivering outstanding customer and business benefits. Her sub-specialties include process re-engineering, process digitisation and automation, business simplification and transformation, strategic cost reduction, service transformation and operational excellence. Alex has worked across front, middle and back office, with onshore and offshore (captive and BPO) teams and in partnership with a variety of technology vendors to deliver sustainable change. 

Prior to moving into consulting, Alex held a number of diverse roles including private client trader and veterinary surgeon.

Steven Tan

Director

Steven brings over fourteen years of combined consulting and industry experience across multiple sectors with a broad skillset in operations, strategy, transformation, transactions and advanced analytics. Prior to joining Cinc., Steven held senior consulting roles with Right Lane Consulting (Associate Principal), EY (Senior Manager – Business Transformation in Financial Services and Supply Chain and Operations) and EY-Parthenon (Strategy Consultant). His industry experience includes roles with Abbott/St. Jude Medical, Motorola Solutions, and Schlumberger Oilfield.

Steven creates value by engaging leadership teams for clarity, strengthening the link between strategy and operations, improving strategy execution and uplifting the performance of operational teams. He enjoys working with executives, leadership and management teams to address complex issues, and he is most energised when collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams to co-develop solutions, both in leading from the front and in rolling up his sleeves. He has a collaborative, strategic, structured, data-driven and pragmatic approach, with a bias to action. He enjoys bringing fresh perspectives based on first principles and is motivated by bringing clarity and alignment to create value.

Michael Love

Director

Michael is an experienced leader known for his strategic vision, hands-on leadership, and pragmatic approach. With over 10 years of consulting experience, he has successfully led and supported major transformation programs, technology initiatives, M&A, and operational excellence improvements in both Australia and the USA. Prior to joining Cinc, Michael served as a Director in EY’s Business Consulting team.

Michael is passionate about driving sustainable improvements in customer service, productivity, employee engagement, and quality. His experience spans various industries, including Financial Services, Consumer Products, Power & Utilities and the Government Public Sector. Michael's expertise includes operational excellence, project and program management, structured problem solving, process improvement, stakeholder management, and data analysis.

Michael's commitment to continuous improvement and his ability to lead complex transformation initiatives make him a valuable asset to any organisation seeking to enhance its performance and achieve sustainable growth.

Russell Graham

Director

Russell has a background in engineering, performance improvement, consulting and business turnaround, gained from working for >25 years around the world as both a consultant and industry specialist. He has worked across a range of sectors including Automotive, Paper & Packaging, Oil and Gas, Construction, Utilities, Software and Retail.

While in the United Kingdom as an associate director with Boxwood (later acquired by KPMG UK), Russell worked extensively with construction and infrastructure organisations to improve project performance and contract profitability. More recently in Australia with Orora and Opal Packaging, he led in-house strategy and business turnaround functions as well as the acquisition and integration of multiple ‘bolt-on’ businesses. Following acquisition by a Japanese conglomerate in 2020, Russell headed the integration of the newly formed 5,000 person Australian paper and packaging business to deliver transaction synergies.

Nicola Thomas

Manager

Nicola is a Manager with strong expertise in operational excellence and process optimisation. She is passionate about designing evidence-based solutions and is committed to delivering outcomes that create meaningful value for both clients and their customers.

Before joining Cinc., Nicola was a Senior Consultant in KPMG’s Customer &Operations team, where she worked across financial services, higher education, retail, and public health. In this role, she played a pivotal part in designing target operating models to uplift and streamline clients’ value stream processes, driving greater efficiency and impact. Nicola has also supported large-scale transformation programs and international projects in Project Management Office roles, partnering with leadership teams to develop and implement innovative, strategy-aligned solutions.

Michael Bell

Senior Consultant

Michael is a senior consultant and joined Cinc. with 2 years prior experience with EY's Supply Chain & Operations Practice. Before his consulting career Michael spent 5 years in warehousing and logistics (customer fulfilment, pick and pack, inventory replenishment, receivals, dispatch and relocations). Michael holds a Bachelor of Commerce with double Majors in Finance and Accounting. His consulting work to date has largely focused on Manufacturing, FMCG and Emergency Services sectors, delivering on complex business case development, implementation and stakeholder engagement projects.

Louis Auclair

Senior Consultant

Louis is a strategy and transformation consultant with international experience across Europe and Asia, supporting organisations through operational and customer-focused change. He has worked across industries including automotive, mining and software, with a focus on optimising end-to-end processes and aligning operations with customer expectations.

Prior to joining Cinc, Louis spent over three years at Capgemini Invent in France, delivering projects in Lean Management, CRM process optimisation and go-to-market strategy. He has supported both local and international initiatives, notably with Japanese companies, working closely with cross-functional teams and senior leaders.

Louis combines a structured, data-driven approach with strong stakeholder engagement. He enjoys helping organisations simplify complexity, align around clear goals and build more customer-centric ways of working.

Maurits van Prooyen Schuurman

Senior Consultant

Maurits is a strategy and technology consultant with experience in large-scale transformations across the telecom and technology sectors. He specialises in customer migration, data integration, and automation—translating complex challenges into practical, data-driven solutions.

Prior to joining Cinc., Maurits worked at NTT DATA, where he supported a migration of customers to a shared infrastructure, automated communication platforms post-merger, and enabled real-time insights to support data-driven decision-making. He also served as Product Owner, managing Agile teams to deliver high-impact digital initiatives and streamline client communications.

Maurits combines a structured, analytical approach with strong stakeholder engagement. He is passionate about working across disciplines to align strategy with execution and drive operational improvement.

Grace Todd

Senior Consultant

Grace is a senior consultant with experience delivering large-scale digital transformation projects, particularly within the energy and chemicals sectors. She specialises in financial planning, analytics, and enterprise performance, leveraging enterprise analytics platforms to streamline reporting and drive data-led decisions.

Prior to joining Cinc, Grace worked at KPMG, supporting large businesses to optimise their financial planning, reporting, and analytics functions. Her work included stakeholder engagement, workshop delivery, and the development of practical, data-informed solutions for complex business problems.

Grace brings an outcome-focused and collaborative approach, leveraging her skills in stakeholder management, data-driven analysis and problem solving. She has a keen interest in emerging technologies, including AI, and how they may influence the future of business performance.

Cathy Culligan

Senior Consultant

Cathy is a senior consultant with experience delivering transformation and operational improvement projects across healthcare, life sciences, aviation leasing, financial services, and government sectors. She specialises in process documentation, stakeholder engagement, and business analysis with a passion for helping organisations simplify complexity and implement sustainable change.

Prior to joining Cinc, Cathy worked at PwC Advisory in Ireland and Telstra Health in Australia, delivering large-scale process documentation, data analysis, and platform implementation projects. She has facilitated numerous workshops, developed detailed process flows and procedural documentation, and partnered with cross-functional teams to deliver data-driven, practical solutions.

Cathy combines a structured, analytical approach with a collaborative and engaging style. Her experience of delivering in Agile settings combined with analytical rigour, brings a strong ability to engage stakeholders at all levels, aligning teams around shared goals, and driving operational efficiency.

Roy Lunney

Senior Consultant

Roy is a senior consultant with experience in delivering large-scale finance, procurement, and service transformation projects across the government, telecommunication, and alcoholic beverage industries. He specialises in process documentation, stakeholder engagement, and strategy – helping organisations streamline processes, reduce waste, and embed sustainable efficiency.

Prior to joining Cinc, Roy worked at Deloitte Ireland, where he delivered finance transformation and procurement optimisation initiatives, including ERP implementation programs and emergency response service design for government clients. He has prepared and executed workshops accommodating both the global and local level across different industries and international markets, detailed and aided in their design of finance processes in the procurement space, and demonstrated an ability to work with cross-functional teams while fostering strong relationships with senior stakeholders.

Roy combines a structured, data-driven approach with a collaborative and pragmatic style. He is passionate about building client capability, simplifying complexity, and ensuring operational improvements are both measurable and enduring.
